Prosciutto Castello (Block: ~5kg)

Unheated meat product ham. We use pork from the Treffen region of Austria, which is said to be the most suitable
pork producing area for prosciutto. Won a gold medal at the 1995 World Trade Competition.
It is the best prosciutto in the world that won the gold medal at the German Agricultural Society (DLG) International Food Quality Council.
